The Public Notice Resource Center, Inc. was established in 2003 by the American Court and Commercial Newspapers, Inc. (ACCN). ACCN is the professional organization of court, legal, and commercial newspapers. ACCN’s members publish in cities across the nation in a wide variety of formats and are dedicated to preserving the public’s right to know.
